The OPP are investigating a five car pile-up in Collingwood.
The crash occurred around 10:45 AM today on Second Street near Hurontario Street.
Police say it started after a westbound vehicle crossed the centre line and hit in succession four other eastbound vehicles.
But Police believe the elderly man who was driving the westbound car was experiencing a medical emergency at the time.
He was admitted to Collingwood hospital.
Two vehicles sustained extensive damage and were towed away — but no one else was seriously hurt.
