There is a new contract for employees at Interforest in Durham.
Members of the United Steelworkers Union have ratified the one year agreement which is a rollover of the last contract.
It covers 90 employees — only 30 of them are still working at the veneer manufacturer.
The union says it also includes a full severance package if any more workers get laid off or lose their jobs.
