Two people are hurt, one seriously, after a truck hit them in Wasaga Beach.
Huronia West OPP say it happened just after 6 PM Friday on River Road West.
Police say a Ford Expedition suddenly went onto the south shoulder and hit the two pedestrians.
A 19 year old woman has only minor injuries, and was released from Collingwood’s Hospital.
But a 32 year old man was transported to Saint Michael’s Hospital in Toronto with serious but stable injuries.
The 28 year old driver from Etobicoke has been charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
He will be in Collingwood court on February 9th next year.
River Road West was closed off from Oxbow Park Drive to Brillinger Drive for about two hours while police investigated.
