A drive-by shooting in Hanover led to a Police lockdown a residential area in Wingham.
An 18 year old was shot at a house on 11th Avenue in Hanover just before 5 AM Sunday.
The police investigation then led officers to Wingham, where two suspects were holed up in an apartment on Scott Street.
Huron OPP Constable Joanna VanMierlo says they took the two suspects into custody around 11 AM without incident.
The teenager shot in Hanover was airlifted to London hospital in serious condition.
Van Mierlo says it’s too early to know the motives behind the attack.
No other details are being released about the investigation.
Police will only say this is an isolated incident and there is no risk to public safety.
