South Bruce OPP are investigating a complaint against the Bluewater public school board.
The crime unit is looking into allegations of criminal wrongdoing about the way in which trustees conduct business behind closed doors.
Kimberley resident Peter Ferguson has filed the complaint.
Ferguson alleges the board is meeting behind closed doors when the topics do not meet the criteria set out by the Ontario Education Act.
He is the same person who filed formal complaints to the Ontario College of Teachers regarding the plagiarism issue.
