A special guest making an appearance in Owen Sound this weekend.
The Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, David Onley will be taking part in the official sod turning ceremony on Saturday for the new regional recreation centre.
The public is invited to attend the ceremony at 3:15 PM at Victoria Park.
Mr. Onley will also attend the Owen Sound Attack game in the evening where he’ll be dropping the puck in a pre-game ceremony at the Bayshore Community Centre.
