Taylor Brown has taken over the locations in Port Elgin and Paisley as owner and Managing Funeral Director.
Charlanne and Kent Milroy have stepped down.
Brown and his wife Kelly and young son Taryn will be moving to the Port Elgin area soon.
The W. Kent Milroy Funeral Home is into its 37th year of operation.
