One of the businesses hardest hit by the tornadoes in Grey County is open again.
Thuro Web Printing — which prints weekly community newspapers — has a new building on Elm Street in Durham.
Its original building was destroyed by the category two tornado that hit on August 20th.
And the Metroland owned company held an open house for over 30 staff, their families and local residents last night.
Staff had moved to other Metroland locations in Barrie and Listowel while the reconstruction took place.
Regional General Manager Doug Rowe says Metroland is committed to Durham and didn’t need much convincing of the need to rebuild.
