It looks like it will be an early night for Collingwood council.
Council will consider whether to take money out of reserves to offer free parking at downtown municipal lots as part of a light agenda tonight.
Many downtown businesses have been asking for the free parking while the revitalization is going on.
The project won’t be done until next August.
Many businesses have been seeing a slight decline in the number of people shopping downtown since the construction started.
Council will also hear a presentation tonight from the Elvis Festival Board on plans for next year.
