Despite some wild weather overnight, Hydro One is reporting very few power problems today.
At 8 AM, most areas in Southern Ontario were reporting no outages at all.
In Grey and Bruce counties only a handful of customers were without electricity and the largest group in the province, 660 customers, was in the Orillia area.
Rain and strong winds blew thru the province during the night.
The strongest wind gusts in our area were recorded in Wiarton at Midnight when the wind was clocked at 78 kilometres an hour.
Goderich came in a close second at 68 kilometres an hour while Tobermory and Collingwood both had wind speeds of around 60 kms an hour last night.
No word on how much rain fell in southern Ontario, but most areas got a soaking.
The temperature also peaked at 22 degrees in Owen Sound at 1 AM Saturday morning before falling to 10 Celsius by 6 AM.
