Tonight is the night before Hallowe’en, referred to as Devil’s night by pranksters.
OPP Constable Joanna VanMierlo says there are some people with too much time on their hands that get up to some trouble this time of year.
She suggests keeping your home well lit and taking your pumpkins indoors so that potential mischief makers have less reason to come onto your property.
She says police will be out patrolling the streets.
If you see anything suspicious behaviour you should call police.
