Farmers looking to go online with their operations can learn the in’s and outs of the cyber world tomorrow.
Media Editor for Farms.com Andrew Campbell will take the Huron County Federation of Agriculture online at their annual meeting.
Campbell, who is guest speaking at the meeting in Seaforth, says the web is really an essential tool for today’s farmers.
He will take farmers through websites covering everything from your basic news and market information to tools you can use to interact with other producers — and some that will give you up to date crop and livestock production information.
From information Farms.com has conducted with researchers IPSOS Reid, Campbell says it’s clear more farmers are now going online and gaining that added advantage.
The meeting starts tomorrow at 7 PM at the Seaforth Ag complex.
