It’s time to find out which Meaford area resident has a great business idea.
Dragon’s Den Meaford is being held at 7 PM tonight at the Meaford Hall.
The Meaford and District Chamber of Commerce is hosting the show based on the popular CBC television show.
There are seven people who will pitch their business ideas to the local panel of five Dragons.
The finalists are Meredith Cowan, Jim Fewster, Chantelle Boyes, Jason Moore and Tanya Vesely of Meaford as well as Normand Comeau of Priceville and Kim Giffen of Thornbury.
Each dragon will bring a minimum of one thousand dollars to invest in the idea they like the best.
The Meaford dragons are Chamber Board Member Barbara Kay, Todd Campbell from RBA Financial, Muxlow Pharmacy co-owner Chris Davies, Coffin Ridge Vineyard and Winery co-owner Dr. Neil Lamont, and Rotary Club of Meaford President Paul Astbury.
