A 53 year old man from Newmarket will be back in the area for visit this November.
Police caught him speeding on Highway 6 in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula around 6 Saturday night.
They clocked him at 156 km/h in a posted 80 zone.
Upon further investigation, police found open liquor, and determined the man had been drinking.
Following a failed road side test, the man was brought in for futher breath tests, which determined he was two and a half times over the legal limit.
The man’s vehicle was impounded, and his license suspended.
He will answer to charges several charges including Driving Over the Legal Limit and Racing, November 19th in Owen Sound Court.
