A young RR 1 Arthur woman has now died of the injuries she suffered in a two vehicle crash near Harriston.
Wellington OPP say 23 year old Alina Carere was rushed by air ambulance to Victoria hospital in London last Thursday afternoon, but she died Saturday in hospital.
A car and van collided just before 3 PM on Thursay on Wellington road 109 at Wellington Road 5.
Investigators say a 2002 Nissan was eastbound on Wellington Road 109 and was struck broadside by a 2002 Toyota Van that was northbound on Wellington Road 5.
The Nissan continued into the north ditch striking two trees.
OPP say the 17 year old driver of the van, Ian Mazereeuw of RR2 Clifford, was not hurt.
However, Carere was in the Nissan and was critically injured.
Members of the County of Wellington OPP Traffic Management Unit continue to investigate the collision.
