The charges against the 23 year old man charged with the chemical scare in Mildmay have been dropped.
All charges against Jeremy Halk of Brockton were withdrawn by the Crown.
No reason has been given as to why the charges were dropped.
Halk was charged with break and enter after a mysterious chemical shutdown the area around the Mildmay Carrick arena for 13 hours in June.
11 people were treated in hospital for exposure to the mystery chemical.
