The worst possible news for a family from Stayner worried about the whereabouts of a 46 year old woman.
Karen Lockwood was last seen in Stayner Monday around 3 PM.
OPP say her body was found early Wednesday morning in a motel in Barrie.
Barrie Police won’t release a name, but have confirmed that the woman found deceased was the person that OPP were looking for.
No cause of death yet, but police say no foul play is suspected and the investigation in ongoing.
