Hydro is back on for some 196 people in the Tiverton and Kincardine areas.
It went out for various residents between 6:30 AM and 7 AM today but Hydro One says power was fully restored just before Noon.
Hydro One’s Website does not state a reason for the outage, though thunderstorms passing through the region at the same time are likely to blame.
A tree also fell on an Owen Sound home during the thunderstorms Monday morning.
There was some damage to the home and no reports of injuries.
Hydro One now also reports 100 homes on the Bruce Peninsula near Sauble Beach are without electricity.
The expected restoration time is 7:45 PM.
