More of us are becoming interested in alternative health care option to cure what ails us.
That’s the focus of the second annual Health and Wellness Fair in Wiarton today.
Organizer Lyndsy Shouldice of Complete Wellness says they’ve got about 20 vendors this year — everything from nutrition and massage therapy to personal trainers and the Grey Bruce Therapy Dog.
While admission to the event is free.
Donations will be accepted for the Wiarton Hospital Foundation.
The Health and Wellness Fair is being held at the Wiarton Meeting Place from
10 AM to 3 PM.
