A silver anniversary for the Kincardine Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Caseworker/Coordinator Cynthia Finlay says not much has changed over the 25 years, and that’s both good and bad.
She says the continue to see an community support flow to the group in many ways, but unfortunately the need to match up boys and girls with mentors continues to grow.
The agency was formed when Bob Ferguson moved to town and discovered a Big Brothers organization was needed.
Finlay says they are always in need of volunteers to assist with mentoring, or even to sit on their board.

A celebration was held recently to honour volunteers of past and present and the founders.
