Grey County OPP are investigating a robbery at McDonald’s restaurant in Meaford.
It happened sometime overnight at the Sykes Street location.
Police say the culprits removed a safe, some security equipment and an undisclosed quantity of cash.
The safe is large and very heavy and would have required a vehicle to remove it.
Officers are hoping someone may have spoted a vehicle in the vicinity sometime between 1 AM and 5 AM this morning.
Investigators are still trying to determine how the culprits gained entry to the restaurant.
