Some Grey County residents who use Everus Communications for internet use are having trouble getting online.
The company reports its 120 foot tower in Wellington County was sabotaged on the weekend.
The tower — near the intersection of Wellington Roads 7 and 12 — came crashing down around 2 o’clock Saturday morning.
The company says it was a deliberate act by someone who needed planning and the tools to pull off the sabotage.
All three thousand Everus customers were disconnected from the network.
President Richard Cantin says they have re-routed the traffic and two thousand customers are back online — but they will notice slow speeds.
He adds a few more hundred will have service restored in the next few days but others will take longer to restore.
Cantin hopes to get enough replacement parts to get the tower and radios back up and running within two weeks.
The OPP have started an investigation into the incident.
