The Bruce Grey Catholic School Board is getting ready for a busy day today.
Teachers in both the public and separate school systems in Bruce and Grey had a professional development day yesterday.
Today the Catholic District School is also holding a Faith Formation Day.
Director of Education Bruce MacPherson says the entire staff in the system will be meeting in Walkerton for the event.
MacPherson says the focus is on social justice and poverty.
He says there are six different workshops taking place with some keynote speakers as well.
MacPherson says today’s event arms the teachers with the goals that they will share with their students throughout the year.
Classes begin in the Catholic system for all grades on Tuesday, September 8th.
