A 9 month old baby girl appears to be OK after being hit by a car in Owen Sound.
Police say a vehicle collided with a baby stroller being pushed her parent at the corner of 10th Street and 2nd Avenue East around 7:30 PM Tuesday.
The baby was harnessed into a car seat set in the stroller and police say the impact of the crash forced the car seat and baby out of the stroller.
The baby bumped her head on the road and was taken to Owen Sound hospital.
She was kept in hospital overnight for observation as a precaution.
The driver of the car — a 20 year old woman from Owen Sound — as well as the parent were not hurt.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
