It’s a summer camp with a difference.
Local teens are taking part in a two week camp at Meaford Hall about Film.
It’s called ‘My Film Studio’ and its hosted by the Meaford Hall and Culture Foundation along with the Grey Bruce Arts Collective.
Director Roger Shank says they’ve assembled an extraordinary team of professional filmmakers who’ll guide the students through the entire process of writing, directing, filming and editing their own productions.
By the end of the program, Shank says the students will have produced their own short film.
The film camp is geared to those ages 13 to 18.
It started August 10th and continues until August 21st.
