Neustadt Springs Brewery is celebrating a milestone this weekend.
The actual company is not 150 years old — but the location of the brewery has been standing since 1859.
The Brewery is owned by Val and Andy Stimpson – and they have been running business from the historic site for 12 years.
Stimpson says the site was an empty shell when they first moved in and have done renovations – as allowed due to it being a historical building.
The founding family of the brewery – the Heaters – will be on hand for the celebration.
There will also be a live band, a barbeque and small tours of the facility.
The proceeds of the barbeque go to Big Brothers and Sisters of Hanover.
The Brewery makes five different types of beer.
Located on the south end of Neustadt — the event happens Saturday from 1 PM to 5 PM.
