It’s time for the 16th annual Steam and Antique Show at the new Heritage Farm, just south of Paisley.
Spokesperson Ken Kelly says besides the traditional antique cars and tractors, they will be featuring working antique construction equipment and trucks.
Kelly says the Paisley show has become the showcase event of this kind across Canada.
He says organizers expect up to 14 thousand visitors over the three-day event from across the country and into the U-S.
Kelly says there are activities for the whole family including special events and displays for the ladies and for the children.
He says there will be plenty of food on hand including only 300 tickets to the popular beef BBQ during the weekend.
The show begins at Noon on Friday and runs until 9 PM.
Saturday it runs from 8 AM to 9 PM and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
The cost is 7-dollars at the gate with children under 12 admitted free.
The steam and antique show is presented by the Bruce County Heritage Association, a non-profit group dedicated to the promotion of preserving, restoring and displaying antique farm machinery.
