A driver charged with impaired driving was three times over the legal limit, according to OPP.
The 20 year old man was charged after he crashed into a utility pole on First Street in Collingwood around 7 o’clock last night.
After officers determined the driver was impaired, they later found he had a blood alcohol level over 3 times the legal limit.
The man has a court date in Collingwood on September 22nd.
