Organizers are putting finishing touches on this weekend’s Tiverton Old Boys and Girls Reunion, and anyone planning to take in the festivities can make sure they don’t miss out.
Kincardine Municipal Councillor Randy Roppel, who is the chair of the ad hoc reunion commitee, says the store front headquarters on the main street will be open from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Wednesday.
He says tickets are available there for the weekend’s dances and community suppers.
Souvenirs are also available at the location.
The headquarters is located in the former medical clinic space next to the Daisy Mart in Tiverton.
The reunion is the main event to celebrate Tiverton’s 130th anniversary.
Things get underway with opening ceremonies on Friday evening at 7 PM and continue until Monday afternoon at 5 PM.
Events include three dances, suppers, a parade, school reunion, children’s activities, and a community church service.
