An elderly woman is in hospital with serious injuries after a two vehicle crash on Grey Road 18 near Rockford.
Grey County OPP tell Bayshore Broadcasting News the crash between the two cars happened around 1 PM Tuesday at the intersection with Grey Road 5.
Police says it looks like one of the vehicles made a left hand turn in front of the other.
Three people were taken to hospital, the elderly female passenger the only one with serious injuries.
Traffic was backed up in the area for about two hours as police investigated.
Police say charges are pending.
