The young man accused of burning down the main street mall in Wasaga Beach has also admitted to setting a string of other fires.
According to the Toronto Sun, 21 year old Andrew Paulino of Barrie pled guilty to four counts of arson including the Wasaga fire in November of 2007 that caused millions of dollars in damage.
Paulino was in court yesterday for a sentencing hearing.
Both the crown and defence agreed to 2 and a half years in jail with three years probation.
The judge wants to wait for a psychological report before deciding on a sentence.
A young offender, also accused in the fires, is still waiting for his day in court.
