Creemore Springs Brewery will have a new batch of beer hitting select LCBO store shelves this week.
Brewmaster Gordon Fuller says the new type of beer is called Keller beer, which is straight from the fermentation tanks, which means it’s very fresh.
He says it’s how brewmasters enjoy beer, and not many customers get a chance to taste beer right out of the tank.
Fuller says you’ll only find this beer at about 80 LCBO stores, and only 6 batches of the brew will be sold.
He says they won’t be selling Keller beer after that batch is sold.
Fuller says Keller beer is different from normal beer because it’s not filtered, which means it’s a bit hazy because there is still yeast left in it.
He says this batch is also a bit special because the beer will have more hop flavour and aroma than usual.
