The Owen Sound van Dolder Home Team Woodsmen are on the road tonight in Senior Lacrosse
The defending President’s Cup Champion Woodsmen can virtually eliminate the Wellington Dufferins with a victory at Elora this evening.
The Canadian Champion Woodsmen have roared out of the gate with a perfect mark of 12 & 0 and have already clinched both a playoff berth and home floor advantage in every round they play.
Wellington, in a rare season of struggles for them, has a mark of 2 & 9 on the year which leaves them 7 points back of the final playoff spot with just 5 games to play.
A loss tonight at home in Elora, would reduce the Dufferins chances to the point where they’d have to win their final 4 games and Ajax-Pickering would have to lose their final 5 games.
