The Moreston Heritage Village opens for the 2009 season today.
The pioneer village is located at Grey Roots, just outside of Owen Sound, and features new historic buildings and demonstrations.
The village will be open from 10 AM to 5 PM today.
New to the village is the Bluewater Garage, which will allow visitors to see antique vehicles and historic tools.
There are also sheep and chickens on site.
Volunteers will also don authentic period costumes and perform demonstrations and share stories of living in the past.
