Dads can celebrate Father’s Day in style with fins and chrome at the Hanover Park.
The Streetiques is hosting its annual show and shine car show today from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Close to 200 classic cars will be on display — ranging from some very rare early 1900 models to the ever popular muscle cars of the 1950’s and 60’s.
Spokesperson Ray Carmount says participants come from across the region as well as Southern Ontario to showcase their beauties.
The show and shine is open to all classes of cars 20 years and older as well as some special interest vehicles and motorcycles.
Registration is 10 dollars per car and admission for spectators is just 2 dollars.
All proceeds go back into local charities.
