The investigation into a mystery chemical that shutdown part of Mildmay is moving slowly.
South Bruce OPP have charged one man — but they say his co-operation is lacking.
23 year old Jeremy Halk of Brockton is charged with break and enter and breach of probation.
He was released on bail and is scheduled to be back in Walkerton court on June 29th.
Police say they are still trying to piece together the case.
