The Bruce County Housing Corporation is addressing problems at one of its facilities in Saugeen Shores.
Manager of Housing Services Susan Earle says problems have included vandalism, noise issues, conflicts between tenants, and possible drug-related concerns.
She says police and other organizations that offer assistance to various residents have been involved with discussions on the matter.
Earle says security will be increased in the building and social work enhanced through counselling and using the various social agencies that are available to help residents.
She says they want people to feel safe in their buildings and believes residents should be involved in the solution.
Earle says believe combination of more security, helping residents with their needs, and involving social agencies can improve things.
