Nearly half of the items from a Highway 26 home west of Meaford have been stolen.
Grey County OPP are investigating the break-in that occurred at the unoccupied residence sometime between Sunday and Tuesday night earlier this week.
Police say the thieves stole furniture — including a wooden rocking chair, 2 wooden tables and an antique Duncan Fife table.
They also made off with 2 lamps, a cabinet with the contents inside, a mirror, china pieces, silverware, pictures, a record player and an antique foosball table.
Police say thieves pried open a door to gain entry into the home and likely used a truck or trailer to remove the items.
Anyone with information that might assist is asked to contact Grey County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
