Residents of the former Mountain View Hotel in Collingwood have been temporarily evicted.
Town CAO Gord Norris tells us the owner of the building has found other suitable living arrangements for the four people who live in the building on Huron Street.
Norris says the building has been deemed unsafe to live in by the Collingwood fire department.
The owner has 60 days to fix it up.
Norris says if the deadline isn’t met, further action will be decided at that time.
The building is currently boarded up.
