Four Owen Sound men have been arrested after Police uncovered a marijuana grow-up when their searched two properties in the city.
On Wednesday, Owen Sound police searched an East side apartment where they recovered about 2 thousand dollars worth of goods taken from the suspect’s employer.
A 31 year old man was charged with theft under 5 thousand dollars.
On Thursday, police then searched a west side home and arrested 3 men.
During their search of the home police recovered a stolen, 46 inch TV, some tools, stereo equipment and then found a marihuana grow operation in the basement of the residence.
There were over 200 marihuana plants in various stages of growth, worth at least 19 thousand dollars.
Two men in their 30’s and an 18 year old face several drug and theft charges.
All three suspects are scheduled to appear in the Owen Sound court on June 11th.
