Saugeen Shores police are investigating an armed robbery in the town.
Thursday night around 10:30, a man, armed with a handgun, hit the Petro Canada gas bar on Goderich Street.
Police say the robber confronted the lone store employee and stole cash and other items from behind the counter.
A metal cash box was also taken.
Police are looking for a white male, 6 feet in height, thin build, blond/brown hair, wearing a grey or blue hoody sweater, dark pants and brown footwear.
He was also wearing yellow rubber gloves.
No one was injured during the incident.
Police request that anyone locating a cash box or the described clothing under suspicious circumstances should avoid touching the items and immediately contact police.
