Another weekend and another home show.
This weekend it’s the Kincardine Home and Garden Show put on by the Kincardine Skating Club at the Davidson Centre.
Spokesperson Amanda Farrell says they’ll have 70 vendors in the Davidson Centre displaying everything for the home and for the garden.
Farrell says nowadays more and more people are staying home during their vacations and investing money in their homes and their property.
The theme of this year’s show is “There’s no place like home.”
She says this weekend’s show will answer a lot of the questions people may have.
In addition there will be “how-to” seminars, featuring painting and landscaping to name a few.
Farrell says when the how-to sessions are done, there will be crafts for the youngsters so they are kept busy at the show as well.
The Kincardine Home and Garden Show goes today from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM.
Admissions is 4 dollars for adults; 3 dollars for students and seniors and children under 12 are free when with an adult.
The weekend event is the major fundraiser for the Kincardine Skating Club.
