The one day rolling strike by Red Cross home care workers has hit Owen Sound again.
About 120 workers will try to bring attention to their plight in this neck of the woods.
They provide home services to seniors, those with disabilities and recovering from surgery as well as children with special needs.
They’re trying to get their travel time expenses covered when going from home to home.
The union says the McGuinty government has adopted a system that leaves the professional home care workers living below the poverty line.
This is the second time the rolling strike has come to Owen Sound.
Workers were also off the job March 25th.
