OPP in Collingwood and The Blue Mountains are in the middle of their Spring Seatbelt Campaign.
And officers pulled over 55 hundred cars so far, and handed out plenty of tickets as well.
43 drivers have been charged with not wearing their seatbelt, and 8 passengers were caught without their belts on as well.
Officers will be checking cars until April 26.
The fine for not wearing your seatbelt is 110 dollars, and 2 demerit points.
