The Grey Bruce Health Unit is looking for the owners of a dog that bit a man in Owen Sound.
Officials say an older man was walking in the 300 block of 7th Avenue East around 7 o’clock on Friday April 3rd.
The man was bitten by a large black dog — possibly a Lab Shepherd mix.
The Health Unit wants to find the owner to confirm the dog is not infected with rabies.
That way — the victim can avoid receiving the post-exposure rabies treatment.
