The Ontario Junior A Hockey Championship resumes tonight in Oakville.
The Blades trail the Kingston Voyageurs 2 games to none.
The Voyageurs, with a former member of the Owen Sound Attack leading the way, will be out to grab a stranglehold on the series.
Michael Farrell played two full seasons for the Owen Sound Attack, beginning with his underage year in 2006.
Held without a goal in his rookie season, Farrell followed with 10 goals a year ago for Owen Sound but was released during training camp last fall.
After an attempt to play in the Quebec League at Gatineau, Farrell returned to Kingston and is a key member of the Voyageurs who have won the opening two games of the Junior A Final over Oakville.
He scored twice in Kingston’s opening game win and then followed it with 2 goals and 3 points in a 4-3 Kingston win in game 2.
