“Owen Sound’s Jason Crone has been selected for Canada’s National Wheelchair Rugby squad.
Crone, a graduate of the OSCVI will compete this weekend in the USA Division I Nationals in Louisville, Kentucky.
He’s a member of the Tampa Bay Generals.
Then, over the course of the next calendar year, Crone will participate in a variety of training sessions and international tournaments.
Provincially, he will continue to play for his club team at London along with the Ontario ” A ” entry.
Last year, Crone had an exceptional performance for Canada at the World Paralympic Games and was player of the match in one contest for the Canadian entry.
