The WOAA Senior B championship series is over as the Milverton 4-wheel Drives downed Shallow Lake 6-3 last night.
With the win, Milverton took the series in 6 games (4-2).
Crushers head coach Gary Henderson says while it hurts to come up short in
their playoff run, as a team the Crushers came a long way in a short time.
Crushers captain Kevin Wilson feels the team can draw a lot of positives out
of the playoffs and use that to build for next season.
In the B championship series Milverton was able to win 2 games on the
smaller Shallow Lake Ice Surface. Head Coach Mike Chapman feels that his
team’s puck movement was the key to the road wins.
