The process of constructing next year’s Owen Sound Attack is well underway.
Yesterday, the year end interviews between the players and the Management staff were conducted.
The next major step is the OHL Priority Selection on Saturday May 2nd
Attack Head Scout & Assistant General Manager Ian MacLellan believes the Attack are in a great position to make a significant move up the Western Conference standings.

Hockey linesman Kendrick Nicholson from Sauble Beach departed today for a major international tournament in Italy.
He’ll be the lone Canadian on-ice official at the World Under 18 ” B ” Hockey Championship.
This tournament is significant for the teams involved as the winner will gain a berth at the World Junior Hockey Championship next year.
It also represents a significant opportunity for Nicholson who was selected for the experience from a pool of officials by Hockey Canada.

The Walkerton Hawks are facing elimination in the Ontario Junior C Quarterfinals
The Hawks lost 6-4 to the Alliston Hornets last night at home in game 3 of their best of 7.
The defending Ontario Champion Hornets lead the best of 7; 3-0 and can advance to the Final 4 with a win in Alliston on Saturday night.
If the Hawks win to stay alive tomorrow night, game 5 would be back at Walkerton on Sunday afternoon

The Owen Sound Bluewater Pro Team Junior B North Stars begin their lacrosse training camp this weekend.
The opening dates for the camp are Saturday & Sunday at Kilsyth from 11-1 pm
All Junior B eligible players are invited to attend.

At the clinic everyone will learn to hit, throw, run, field, and pitch.
