It’s your chance to learn how Maple Syrup is made from start to finish.
A free Maple Syrup Workshop is being held this Sunday at Saugeen Bluffs Conservation Area.
Conservation Authority Forestry Manager Jim Penner says the workshop is for anyone who has ever thought about getting into the maple syrup industry – or just wnats to know more about it.
Penner says they would prefer – but are not limiting the workshop to – people who have maple trees or access to them so they can put their new skills into use.
He says upon completion of the workshop – you will have all of the knowledge you need to make your own next bottle of maple syrup for the breakfast table.
Registration can be done by calling Penner at extension 33 at the Saugeen Conservation Authority Office at 519-364-1255.
